Module  APNOPO  links and executes all the modules acting on the  NOPO
 data structure containing a two-dimensional mesh.
The operations possible may be arranged into 6 logical levels:
-   Preparation: Capturing of the characteristic points and lines of the mesh, definition of
possible curves;
-   Generation: Calling of the mesh generators;
-   Manipulation: Geometric modification of meshes created previously;
-   Definition of the nodes: Creation of the non-vertex nodes, if  necessary;
-   Renumbering: Minimization of the  size of the matrices corresponding to the meshes created;
-   Save on file: Store the meshes created on file.
 Remark:
-  The level numbers correspond to a logical order, except for level 6 which can be executed at any
time;
-  Certain levels can be jumped;
-  The preprocessor  APNOXX enables us to create the data required by module  APNOPO in an easy manner.
