Instructions to authors
This
page contains information for the oral or poster presentation to the
COMPSTAT'2010 Symposium.
Invited, Contributed
and Short Papers
- 20 minutes for a contributed
paper (CP session) including 3 to 5 minutes discussion
- 10 minutes
for a short paper (SP session) including 1 to 3 minutes discussion
In order to avoid any
technical problem and the subsequent waste of time in your session, we
invite you to upload through EasyChair conference system, the PDF of
your presentation , before August 22.
You
connect as an author, go to "my submissions" , select your paper and
click on "submit a new version". You then upload your pdf which will
replace all previous documents.(Click Slides upload)
You
may use powerpoint, beamer or any other program to prepare your slides,
but due to unpredictable incompatibilities, only PDF are accepted.
Please use a large enough size
for the police (templates provided by ppt or beamer are OK) , avoid
yellow and light colours. Do not paste directly your text.
Posters
The size of your poster should be A0 vertical (ie portrait ):
width : 841mm or 33.1 in
height : 1189mm or 46.8 in
If your poster is scheduled on poster session PS1 , Tuesday, August
24, 16h30-18h30, you are invited to hang your poster from monday
morning and to take it down after the session, in order to make room
for the second poster session.
If your poster is scheduled on poster session PS2 ,Thursday, August
26, 11h00 -12h30 , you are invited to hang your poster from
wednesday morning and to take it down before the closing ceremony on
friday.
