Check carefully on the hotel websites when they are mentioned.) In particular, I have noted these ones: Hôtel Cujas-Panthéon, Hôtel des 3 collèges, Hôtel de Senlis. The last one, Hôtel de Senlis, offers wifi internet-equipped rooms. Also it has an agreement with INRIA and it is possible to have INRIA prepay for the reservation if it is done sufficiently in advance. [The 3 collèges offers an internet desk in its basement, and the Cujas-Panthéon suggests to go outside and find internet cafés in the vicinity.]
