February 7, 2002: due to a stupid alteration of
the original .tex file of Chapter 3, all symbols with a ' or
double '' were deprived of their ' or '', starting at §3.4.1:
this made the maths hardly understandable. This version corrects
this unfortunate mistake (not present in the original printed book
). Kudos to François Thomasset of INRIA-Rocquencourt for
having detected it.
November 12, 2001: some additional corrections
in Chapters 2 and 7 (in particular, addition of a reference to
J.E. Cohen's work in the notes of Chapter 7); affiliations of F.
Baccelli and G. Cohen updated.
