Abstract

This paper presents results on an operational reconstruction technique of punctured convolutional encoders. With only intercepted coded message and the assumption that we deal with such kind of encoder, this technique recovers all the parameters of the encoder, allowing complete decoding. The technique works very well for noisy channles. Experimental results are presented.
