All authors of accepted talks are invited to submit a full paper for the proceedings to appear as a special issue of Discrete Applied Mathematics journal; all contributions will be thoroughly refereed. Submissions must not substantially duplicate work that any of the authors has published elsewhere.
The full papers should be submitted, before February 28,
2001, by sending an electronic copy (Postscript or PDF) by email to wcc-prog@inria.fr.
