1.2 Description of objects

The objects are described using elementary components consisting of segments, facets and text. However, FORTRAN 3D does not ensure the automatic elimination of hidden parts (to be defined by the user).

The description is done in the object's own coordinate system. The object, thus described, then undergoes linear transformations (translation, rotation, scaling, ...) defined by the user in order to position it.
