1.2 Structure of the club

The MODULEF club is managed in such a way as to respect the autonomy and freedom of its members as well as facilitating the circulation of programs in the view of research.

The Club is governed by a statute which is as unconstricting as possible while respecting the autonomy and the freedom of its members, as well as promoting the free circulation of programs in the view of research.

The club is managed by two committees:

• Management committee (orientation, decisions);
• Coordination committee (execution, coordination, control and integration of modules, knowledge transfer).

The Club has 165 members comprising of 132 universities and research laboratories (including 42 foreign) and 33 industrial companies (including 8 foreign).
