4.14 SDB2MS

Aim:

Linearly combine the two   data structures B1 and B2 residing on direct access files. The result is a BS data structure, residing on direct access file, containing

Utilization:

• dimension array M (in the blank common),
• call INITI,
• create the input data structures B1 and B2.

Call the module:

                          
       CALL SDB2MS(M,ALPHA1,NDSM1,NFB1,NIB1,
     +               ALPHA2,NDSM2,NFB2,NIB2,
     +                      NDSMS,NFBS,NIBS)

where:

• M: the super array,
• ALPHA1: double precision array, the multiplication coefficient of vector B1,
• NDSM1: maximum value of the first index of array B4 of structure B1,
• NFB1: the number of the support file of I.D.S. B: B1 (always <0),
• NIB1: its level number,
• ALPHA2: the multiplication coefficient of vector B2,
• NDSM2: maximum value of the first index of array B4 of structure B2,
• NFB2: the number of the support file of I.D.S. B: B2 (always <0),
• NIB2: its level number,
• NDSMS: maximum value of the first index of array B4 of structure BS,
• NFBS: the number of the support file of O.D.S. B: BS (always <0),
• NIBS: its level number,

  Note:

  if NIB1=NIBS (resp. if NIB2=NIBS) then NDSM1 must be equal to NDSMS (resp. NDSM2=NDSMS).
